2008年5月28日：综合性的旅游服务代理公司Thomas Cook印度公司日前发布其旅游门户网站www.thomascook.in。
该旅游网站的目标客户群是善于使用网络的休闲旅游者、商务旅客、旅行社和分销合作伙伴，并且把对他们的服务与Thomas Cook印度公司的线下服务网络进行整合。
Thomas Cook印度公司的主席Udayan Bose说：“目前75%的电子商务消费都用在在线旅游预订上。基本上每个年轻的企业家，在出差或者度假时，都是通过互联网来满足其在旅游期间的大部分需求的。而我们则希望进军这个巨大的市场且有效地迎合他们的需要。”
“ 我们期望能够充分借助Thomas Cook在印度已经建立的良好品牌，同时利用公司积累多年的经验以及与英国在线预定领域的领跑者Thomas Cook集团紧密的合作关系，去建立一个世界级的旅游网站。” Thomas Cook印度公司的执行董事Madhavan Menon说。
